    Help find battery part number for NP-R560-ASS1EE

    Need some help locating the original part number, my battery died and i threw it away, forgot to write down the number. Ordered a cheap one, but it doesnt charge, so now would like to get the genuine part number before i get another replacement. Tried searching google, but its a maze of fake replacement numbers :X.

    Laptop NP-R560-ASS1EE

    Hello trickk99, welcome to NBR.

    Normally we point to samsungparts.com as reference to lookup part numbers, but I don't see them listing NP-R560 at all.

    Googling a bit (which I realize you did yourself) I found this site which sells a battery for NP-R560 that is clearly NOT original, but rather "compatible" with AA-PB2NC6B -- which I would then assume is the original part number.

    It turns out samsungparts.com DOES have AA-PB2NC6B (though not in stock) and shows it as compatible with NPR610AS02US -- but no other NP-R models. Again, they don't have NP-R560 listed at all.

    You could contact Samsung in your country to ask about it. Or at least verify if that part number is correct.

    Thanks for all the info, i did end up contacting support in different counties, after 15 mins waiting, they gave me the number you have: AA-PB2NC6B ... so i guess i'll try to find where to buy that, thanks again.
