I need help... something really messed up here. i'm not sure if it's a software issue or a hardware issue however the touch sensors on top of the keyboard is stuck, the volume down is stuck so the volume keeps turning down. i've tried system restore, restart, driver update for sound drivers. also when i press the shift key my resolution goes down....

also the light touch sensor, volume, and wifi touch sensor no longer works. this all happened this morning.

I recommend a fresh Windows Install. If that does not cure it then RMA the laptop back to Samsung. These are the only 2 options due to the fact that not many people have this model and there are no guides as yet (trust me ive searched) on how to disassemble it.

It does look lie a hardware problem. Contact Samsung and see if they have any other suggestions about how to fix the problem before arranging warranty service.
