God, I hate this Samsung Series 5 Ultrabook! Nothing but grief (see my other threads). Here is the latest issue:

I downloaded Software Manager which recommended that I update the BIOS. After doing so, the computer can't boot - it starts to load and then shuts off, then turns on again and starts to load for a second, then off again. I don't know what to do. I can get into BIOS but that's it - I can't load to the Recovery DVD. tried to Load Setup Defaults in BIOS and nothing changed.

To be honest, I hate this frickin' Ultrabook - never again, Samsung. But it is the only laptop I have and I'm not loaded so I really need this to work. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

EDIT: I got it working. I'm not sure why, but when I disabled or enabled (can't remember) UEFI it booted.

My guess is that you disabled UEFI. It doesn't yet seem to be properly mature.
