    Deleting hidden partition on Samsung Q35

    Is there any way i can delete the hidden partition on the Samsung Q35, I've enabled it to be deleted in the bios but i cant see it in and disk management software ive used, i don't have the original restore CD's

    Did you find this thread about a similar problem? Unfortunately, after setting the delete option in the BIOS you need to boot from the System Software Media CD and press 1 to delete the recovery partition. So if you don't have the CD....

    However, if you don't have the original installation discs then the recovery partition is the other way to reinstall the original operating system. Press F4 when the BIOS screen is displaying to get to the Phoenix Console menu.

    PS: I think I have cooked up the solution for deleting the recovery partition without the original CD by making an ISO file for the System Software disc without all the software folders. Zipped up it's just over 2MB so too big to post here. PM me your email address.
