Ctrl + Win + LEFT works for switching desktops, but RIGHT won't?

Throw up a couple desktops and using the shortcuts works if I want to go to the LEFT through my desktops, but moving RIGHT will not. I know the key works by itself. The same shortcut, but with the numeric keypad works for both LEFT and RIGHT. Even more strange, plugging in a USB keyboard works just fine. Even more weird is that if I use the right Ctrl key, everything works fine.

WORKS: 1) right ctrl + win + both arrows, 2) left ctrl + win + LEFT arrow only, 3) left ctrl + win + both numeric left/right arrows, and 4) USB keyboard using left ctrl + win + both arrow keys

DOESN'T WORK: left ctrl + win + both arrows (only left works, right is broken).

Here's a video showing it if my description doesn't make sense:

    Anyone else noticing this? Thanks.

I have a 700Z5C and noticed the same issue... But I'm pretty sure that every new shortcut worked after upgrading to Win10. So i think an update caused the left ctrl + win + both arrows - issue
