Hello everyone,
So, the black NC20 is on sale again at Newegg.
I am tempted to get it, but I have a few questions, especially for those who have already received their NC20s.
Does the black NC20 show fingerprints and smudges really easily? Is it the same for the white? Do scratches show easily on the NC20 black / white? Etc. I would think white would be better, but I want to hear people that own the laptop.
Also, does anyone know when the white NC20 will be on sale?
Thanks, nelag.

The shiny black is a fingerprint magnet whereas the matte white may well get grimy with time. I haven't noticed scratches on the black surface and you can wipe off the fingerprints. In a few days I can check out an 18 month old R20 - the model which was the first with the glossy black finish.
If you hope to work outside (but the glossy screen will make that difficult) then a glare off a white screen will make outside working even worse. I've seen that with the silver keyboard on the Toshiba R500. -
Thanks John. I just bought the black NC20 from newegg. Thanks for your advice! Also, I'll post the battery life of the NC20, since the American version is different from the European version.
