    Hi I bought a second hand notebook and it asks me for the bios password which I do not have. I tried all the basic ones and default ones I could find and this failed. I did get an error message quoting reference 12442eb01918000000. Can you help please? :eek: uploadfromtaptalk1410799852996.jpg

    Unfortunately, according to NBR rules we can't help you bypass security features like BIOS passwords.

    Hello Isaac, welcome to NBR.

    As Jarhead pointed out, we cannot help you break or circumvent the password protection on your laptop. Assuming it is a Samsung laptop (since that's where you posted it) you will have to contact Samsung for their service.
