    Advice needed:

Found a thread where someone said they:

    1. reinstalled Win7 x86 Sp1
    2. update went through
    3. used an SSD to run Win 10 and it worked just fine.

I have a Rufus flashed USB containing my version of Win7 (before Win10 update), and so I thought I could:

1- Install it through boot order->usb
    2-Run the updater
    3-Re-download Win10

Is this a viable workaround for me?

    System and Error info:

    Samsung NP300E4A running Win10:

    Current bios: 07QA

Using bios updater found 09QA, tried:

-Using compatibility mode running the update through hidden Administrator account on PC (normal admin account is blocked even with reputation-based settings turned off):

    Winx86 SP1/2

    Vista 2/3

    Win7 all

    -Using BiosUpdater from Samsung

    Without compatibility

    With Win7 compatibility
All result in: BSOD + Stop code: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA + What failed: WinFlash64.sys

    Then it restarts.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you for reading, I tried to make it as clear as possible.
