Any word on the Haswell refresh?

I have noticed that many places are sold out. Some say it will be back in stock Nov 8.
Since that is such a long time to be out of stock what are chances a Haswell refresh?

There have been some reports of Samsung country offices saying that new models will appear during the next month. However, there have not yet been any details or listings of new models.

I have difficulty in believing that Samsung produced some new models earlier in the year without the intention to do a Haswell refresh. However, widespread release of Haswell notebooks has been delayed by the industry's desire to shift Ivy Bridge inventory and also the need to ensure Windows 8.1 compatibility for new products (and those released with Windows 8).

If you are specially looking for the Ativ Book 7 (ultrabook NP730/740) I don't think there will be a Haswell refresh. Samsung seems to focus its ultrabook efforts on the Ativ Book 9 series. If you need a discrete GPU (as some of the previous AB7 models had) your only Haswell option is the 2014 Ativ Book 8 mentioned by John -- which is much larger, and regular voltage CPUs.
