    Hi,

I have a Samsung Q1 tablet with AVStation installed. I was just wondering if anyone knew if I could get a remote for AVStation and if so, where abouts from. I have my tablet hooked up to a projector and play a lot of videos etc through it. It would be handy if I could use a remote with it.

    Thanks a lot.

Does the Q1 have infra-red? The Samsung remote supplies with some notebooks uses infra-red (but I've never tried it with the AV Station which runs outside of Windows).

The Q1 doesn't have an IR Port so you've got a couple of options.

You could get a bluetooth Pointer device (belkin make one) which works like a remote control allowing you to setup shortcut keys and control the mouse.

Alternatively, and what I do to control our Laptops, is the remote control package supplied with Sony Ericsson mobile phones (I know, shoot me).
It allows full mouse control but not particularly good shortcut keys.
