    Hi,

Having really annoying issue with my new series 9, with music videos sometimes I get crackling noise out of the speakers. I have turned off any additional features such as Sound Alive but still occurs, any thoughts?

    1. Have you run SW Update to make sure that you have the latest version of the Realtek audio driver?

    2. Does it happen when running on battery and on mains power?

    1. Does done that.

    2. Both.

I also uninstalled the Intel Audio Driver as I read somewhere that could be conflicting with Realtek driver - the crackling sounds appear when say I am listening to music and then a system notification sound played back. So think its software. So far so good ...lets see.
