    Hello, currently have 16GB DDR4 SDRAM at 2933MHZ memory that came in the laptop. Want to go up to 32GB DDR4 Dual channel SDRAM, (16x2 vice one stick). What brand etc do you recommend?

    Any brand will do usually at that sort of speed, match the timings and speed as closely as possible.

    No such thing as an FSB anymore but your ram is 2933 and 3200 can be supported. That's pretty fast for notebook ram and timings should not be sacrificed too much.
