Hey everyone, im here in Korea, Seoul for about 5 more weeks and I want to get some advice on which Laptop I should choose.

I previously owned a MSI GT70 about 11months ago which has since been sold, and I feel like it's time to get a new high powered laptop

I've narrowed my choice down to two different laptops,

    one being MSI's GT72-2QE (i7-4980HQ, 980m)
    as seen here: MSI GT72-2QE Dominator Pro (1TB + SSD 256GB) Á¾ÇÕÁ¤º¸ Çູ¼îÇÎÀÇ ½ÃÀÛ ! ´Ù³ª¿Í (°¡°Ýºñ±³) - Danawa.com

    The other here: Hansung (Clevo/Sager rebrand) X74X-BossMonster One X9 (i7-4900MQ, 980m SLI)
    ÇѼºÄÄÇ»ÅÍ X74X-BossMonster One X9 (Á¤Ç°) Á¾ÇÕÁ¤º¸ Çູ¼îÇÎÀÇ ½ÃÀÛ ! ´Ù³ª¿Í (°¡°Ýºñ±³) - Danawa.com

If you follow the links you can get a more detailed info of the specs at the bottom of the page, but the main factor here for me is whether the MSI brand name is better than a sli 980 and $300 price increase.

In anycase, a $3000+ purchase is still not something I can do lightly, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you're looking for gaming performance SLI 980M will almost double a single 980M as long as the game supports it. The brand name makes no difference, its all about the hardware in the computer.
