Hi NP9570 owners, how is the overclocking performed on the NP9570? Is the cpu set from within the bios like the Alienware machines? Otherwise what tools are needed to perform this? Custom bios or other apps? Is there reasonable overclocks to be expected from an Intel 4820K cpu and SLI Nvidia GTX880m?
I'm currently using an Alienware M18x R1 with 2920X cpu and SLI Nvidia GTX680m. I have the cpu overclocked from the stock bios @

    3.7G 4 cores
    4.0G 3 cores
    4.2G 2 cores
    4.3G 1 core

The GTX680m are running at stock speeds.

4-4.4ghz depending on sample quality and cooling (higher if you do the crazy all in one water block mod, does make it no longer portable however).

Does Liquid Ultra help at all in this case? Or is the bottleneck heat dissipation (ie fans) rather than heat transfer (heatsink)?

Sheer cooling capacity of the fins.

XTU unless you flash Prema's BIOS mod.

Yes in which case either though XTU is always easier to use.

Thanks guys, looks like the way to go is to use the Prema bios.

Since it unlocks PCI-E 2.0 you get tangible gains even at stock so yes :)
