So far Malibal's customer service is really good, they respond during the weekday hours within 5-10 minutes and within 30-60 minutes on weekends. They are very kind and helpful, I initially wanted branding, an optical drive, and the ATI Radeon HD 7970M. Malibal's representatives changed my order right away each time I messaged them. The only problem I have had so far is I paid with a wire transfer through my bank, my bank told me it would take between 24-72 hours to go through. I waited 3 business days (thurday, friday, and monday) and on tuesday i sent them an email asking whether they got my money. With another quick reply they said they had received my money. now i don't know whether they just got the funds, the funds had been there the whole time and they didn't know, or they got the money without letting me know so it might not have been their fault. Either way I am happy about my purchase so far and am excited to receive my laptop in about 3 weeks or so, unless i get a delay due to demand for the Geforce GTX 680M.

It's not a review. It's a post about the laptop you're ordering.

 

Well i can't review the laptop because I haven't gotten it, its a review in progress like I in my last post. So far I have reviewed the customer service, you would have noticed that if you actually read it.

 

Yes, you reviewed the customer service of a reseller, which is why I said this should probably be in the reseller review sub-forum. In fact, you labeled this as a Malibal review, not a review of the laptop itself.

The review is going to be about the whole experience, from the laptop to the company, unfortunately I can only do a review on the customer service aspect of it as I do not have the laptop yet.

 

Update 01/08/2012

After a short delay waiting for the shipment of 680M's my laptop went into production Monday 2:00 PM PST.

Today my laptop will be shipped out at 6:00 PM PST which is within the 2-3 day build time that Malibal Quoted me for initially

The laptop will arrive in Saskatchewan Canada Tomorrow at sometime.
