your gpu score looks fine, not sure about your physics / cpu score! have u made sure that your cpu holds its clocks during the benchmark?

You can use XTU or ThrottleStop during your Benchmarking in windowed mode! ;)

you mean i5, offcourse it would, in physX tests the i7 has an edge. I never owned an i5 CPU all my life. It's either i7 or none.

It will impact the benchmark more than games though, most games will not see any difference with the chips at the same clock.

Unfortunately that feeling seems to be spreading around the forum, that unless you have the best then it's a waste of time. While I don't think you are being serious, the more that spreads the more it will hurt the community here.

If you clock an I5 up you will go beyond stock i7 levels in the vast majority of titles.

When you spend so much on such a beast, stinging on $100 to get an i5 is inexcusable IMO... If you got an i5 in like a P750,770 then I wouldn't complain as much....

If your budget was limited and it meant getting a decent sized SSD or stepping up to a 980m then it would make a lot of sense.

Blanket statements on budgets/component choices rarely hold up due to the massive variety of needs/parts out there.
