Laptop still working, running Vista64. Son wants to use it for gaming. Wants to install Windows 7. I've contacted Sager tech support and they say "no". No drivers, no support. In the NP2096 lounge ( now closed), there are people that have upgraded with no/minimal problems. Some went to Compal's website for the JHL90 drivers. Those drivers are no longer available. All I'm getting is a page full of Chinese. I have done a search and found several websites claiming to have Windows 7 drivers for the JHL90 but I'n not sure about them. Don't know what I would be really downloading.
If anyone has a Sager NP2096 running Winds 7, can you please tell me where you got your drivers from?
Thanks for any help.

one thing you could do, if you know the specifics of your internal components (manufacturer, model number, etc) is to do a manual search on the specific manufacturer sites or driver-collection sites such as www.station-drivers.com
thats what i usually do when "official" support of my machines have been ended... -
Thanks. I just checked out that web site. Sorry. Totally lost.
