    Hey,

I just signed up here in order to share my experience with mysn.de, a german reseller that mainly sells Clevos. My order was a P506 (Clevo P651RE3), and my experience with mysn.de was nothing short of great.

My first unit had an LCD defect where the backlight "shined through" when the picture was black, most likely a transport issue. After emailing them, I got a return sticker almost instantly, sent them the notebook and they replaced the LCD the day it arrived, it couldn't have been any faster.
Unfortunately, I still wasn't perfectly happy, with one really weird subpixel error that only showed up sometimes (the green subpixel went black when it should be green, but turned green on a black picture), one defect pixel and IPS bleeding in one corner. Now, they even state they use panels of pixel fault could do, and they said they only can offer to take it back again and check it.

3 days later (2 for shipping), I got it back again, with a note they didn't have any more panels and thus replaced the whole unit. The new panel is perfect, no IPS bleeding, not the tiniest note of a subpixel fault, nothing.

After having very bad experiences with numerous OEMs and resellers on pixel faults, I'm really amazed by their service and coudln't be happier with my purchase.

I really had to share, considering how much I was bugging you :)

By the way, undervolting does true wonders. Even with Prime running on max power usage, my 6700HQ boosts up to a stable 3.1GHz with a power usage (reported by AIDA64) of 44W, exactly below the TDP. Previous to undervolting, the clock stayed between 2.8GHz and 3GHz, while constantly running at 45W. As long as the GPU isn't at full load, my P506 is now at Macbook noise levels, just without the throttling :)

Today I have received XMG U716 (amazing device btw) but instead of configured US international keyboard I got UK keyboard. I hope I will get the same treatment as you got when I request to have the keyboard replaced :)
