    malibal warranty experience

    Just the past week I had my radeon 6990m gpu fan going out on my p170hm clevo that I ordered from malibal 2 and 1/2 years ago. I had bought a 3 year warranty so I was still covered. The fan had been making an awful grinding noise.

    Overall it was an easy process. Malibal handled it nicely. Contacted the tech department. They got me set up with a new fan. They kept me up to date with emails and a little over a week later I got a box in the mail.

    I was suprised when I found not just 1 fan but 2. They set me a whole new set of fans for both my cpu and gpu.

    Overall a positive warranty service experience and glad everything turned out okay since that was my first time dealing with their service department.
