i just write this because i like to share my wonderful buying experience with obsidian pc portugal.
i have ordered my obsidian laptop model no: clevo p751-dm2.
i was searching in web for a new laptop because my lenovo y510p did lagging on online gaming.
after all i found few clevo resellers in europe. and i can confirm you that the best after service and pre service they have.
john and riccardo helped me alot with the configuring and shipping,
may be i`ve sent them 1000 of emails.... lol but they did not missed even a single mail i sent.
also the online chat funtion.....they are extremly willing to help us.
from assembling to shipping they provided the true status by online updates.
also the benchmark and temp records they did in the tests before send it to me,
what they offered is

*THERMAL GRIZZLY for best thermal request
*free dead pixel warranty
*free lifetime labour warranty that i have to pay only for parts.
*their own video and system bios.......to get more fps in games

so.....my best experience to tell you is, i live in italy milan. and i'm an indian.
so i got my laptop in last month. i thins i have ordered it in 20 nov 2016
then it came to me in 26 nov 2016 by seur portuguese courier service.
well packed. and safe.
after 20 days i saw a small stuck pixel thing like white pixel in my laptop. i talk to them. they provide me information to get a rid of it.
but it was there after every treatment i did.
finaly i talk with them and they sent me a lcd to replace to old lcd.
they didnt even asked for the old broken screen. they are really great company. even i lived in a different country they sent it with their own cost.

all i need to tell is that really hard to find a company like them. even the mediaworld italy where i bought my lenovo y510p they asked me lot of questions
to replace the broken hard disk.

nice detailed review. John is an amazing person and really caters to enthusiasts like us, as you mentioned they offer CPU delidding which only HIDevolution does and that's great because your CPU is still covered under warranty and they take the risk for any CPU warranty claims since it's delidded.
