Do not trust the sales representatives.
I live in Turkey. I wanted a laptop for gaming and computing. My friend who lives in the states placed the order on my behalf on November 25. He had a plane on December 24 for Turkey.
Initially, we've put the order for MSI GT73VR Pro 202, which had exactly the same configuration with MSI GT73VR Pro 003. The pro 202's price tag was 300 $ cheaper than pro 003, because it was the suggested manufacturer price (MSRP). Both models were listed on Xotic's website so we went for the pro 202. Money transaction went smoothly but the order did not. On December 5, we were notified that the model we ordered was not available. When I asked for the reason, salesperson simply said that the manufacturer does not produce pro 202's anymore.
OK...So we've placed a new order and went for the pro-003 with the same modifications. I wanted a Samsung 960 pro for the storage. In order to make sure there were not any delays, I specifically asked (through chat) whether they have 960s in the stock :

Which don't turned out to be the case. This conversation was held on December 5. We did not get any notifications, so on December 17 I contacted with them and this happens:

So we had to cancel the order. Refund has not been returned yet, I will update on that one if necessary.
The bottom line is that sales department is not trustworthy and they have a bad inventory management. These will cost your time. I suggest you to think again before buying anything from this reseller.

I am confident at the time the representative informed you we had the drive we did have it in stock. However we are seeing hundreds of orders daily during the holiday season and after your order was placed there were several orders that secured the Samsung 960 drive. I am very sorry for the delay in the Samsung drives and we currently do have stock en route.
