Hello my fiance recently ordered a laptop for me through XoticPc. It is basically stock with no customizations or modifications at all. He ordered it October 4th and was wondering how long it takes to get moving. Everything was processed so I guess its the waiting game. Does anyone have any experience with them and their process and shipping. Reading through the forums I hear people talking about phases yet I'm not sure what phase I am on. Talking to two different reps at XoticPc one told me its processed yet another told me it is in the assembly phase but it hasn't been posted to the account. How long would a stock laptop take from processed to delivered.

Hey KelseyBrielle,
Thanks for placing your order with us!
If you want to send me a message, and either let me know what model you purchase or an order number, I can give you an estimate of the build time.
I'm guessing you got a Sager model possibly. If that is the case, typically once the payment has been processed, they usually take about 5 to 12 business days. There could be some delays, just depending on the model. But those are generally noted on the mode (like if it says backorder 10/14 for example). If you got any XPC Services, or if you live in California, it would ship out from Sager to us, then to you. But if neither of those apply, then it should ship from Sager to you directly. If you got something other than a Sager, depending on what you purchased, I can give you an idea of how long it should take as well. But if you did get a Sager, typically we send you an update once the payment is processed and the order is at Sager to be built, then another one once it is shipping out. It shouldn't take a few weeks unless there is some kind of backorder on a part though.
Feel free to reach out to me and I'll be glad to help out with any questions you have. Thanks! -
I actually didn't purchase a Sager model, perhaps I'm in the wrong section. I believe the laptop he purchased for me was an Asus model I tried to send you a message just now but it said Im not allowed to or something? I will try again.

I believe you need to have a few posts first before you can send messages. It's okay. My email is in my signature if you want to email me the order number and I can check in to it. I took a guess it was a Sager, so I was a little off. Still fine to post in this area. But just let me know the order number and I can let you know what I find out. Thanks!
