The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    This is my first time buying anything from XoticPC. After reading A LOT of threads and comments on this great forum I decided to preorder the Sager NP8131 from them. I never imagined there would be so much to discuss and learn about laptops. It's only natural that some questions would come up when buying from a new seller.

    I've been in touch with Derek over the last few days and received nothing but great advice from him. He even helped me with a request that wasn't even available through the customization so I'm very thankful to him. Saving me slightly more money.

    I'll be submitting the order today and see how that goes. There is definitely more to come.

    The anticipation builds! :D
