This was from an email I received after placing my order with these guys:

"Our normal time-frame for processing is 1 business day."

"Due to the high volume of orders currently, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing."

So far today will be the fifth business day and my order still hasnt gone into production. I've provided all the information that I could, remained as patient as I could and I am simply tired of calling and hearing "We will process it for you soon."

The only thing I haven't done is cussed out the rep and made any demands. I don't want it to get to this point but it seems like my options have ran out. Can anyone recommend me a reseller that does follow through on what they claim to do? I'm pretty sure, if I cancel now, the competitor will probably still beat these guys in earning my satisfaction.

Your loss. If you've been paying attention at all to the forums you'd know the issues going on with the new AMD 7970 card and the low supply of the other cards as well. There's a difference between order processing, and when the laptop will actually go into production.

As if you're actually going to get it faster with MALIBAL. Highly doubt it considering everyone has been having issues.

Processing != production. Processing depends entirely on the reseller. The orders eventually end up at Sager so the build times are the same but processing is something that the individual reseller does.

The lack of 7970m's will affect build time, but it shouldn't affect processing time. And OP never indicated that he was ordering a 7970m in the first place.

Yeah, not sure why everybody assumed you were getting a 7970m when you never said what you were ordering...

Anyway, sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. All their Clevo models do come through Sager though. If you ordered the W110ER, then you ordered the Sager NP6110. Xotic puts in the order with Sager and if your order is pretty standard, they really never touch the laptop as it'll just be sent directly from Sager. Obviously that's not really relevant to your problem, but I just wanted to clarify that since there seemed to be a misunderstanding there. It's still no excuse for your delay. They're typically much better than that. I hope you give them a chance to redeem themselves. If not, I hope everything works out well with Malibal.

The extension of waiting haha I laughed.

Canceling one order to get another one sets him back quite the time.. oh well :)

IF I was losing ANY time, I wouldn't mind the wait if the company I am giving my money to delivers on what they preach instead of falsifying their practices to solicit business.

However, in my case, I will be losing zero time and giving my money to a company that deserves it. Case and point, I ordered from Malibal yesterday and they will be sending my lappy in 2-3 business days (confirmed by email). XoticPC's supervisor called me and was willing to do a rush on the order that they messed up on, that would've had sager ship out in 2-3 business days.

So what time did I lose out on again??
