This is the first time I've been able to afford a new gaming laptop and I knew I wanted a Sager because of their understated, classy look, overwhelming performance per dollar, and future upgrade potential.

After a lot of research, I was stuck between XoticPC and LPC Digital. Both Derek from XPC and Larry from LPCD were very responsive and knowledgeable to my questions and desires but at the end of the day, I went with XoticPC because they offered the NP9150 at a cheaper price (about 50$) and was able to ship without a Hard Drive since I already had the ones I planned on using (Derek even credited me 60$ because I did not get a hard drive).

I spend about 1650$ for a NP9150 with the upgraded super clear matte screen, GTX 680m, 3630QM, Intel Wireless 6235, and a HDD caddy instead of the optical drive. I did not order any boosting tweaks or rush delivery. I did use a coupon for free UPS shipping.

The screen is absolutely gorgeous in my opinion and is worth the upgrade as it's what you'll stare at 90% of the time when using the laptop. The keyboard while not a chiclet like I'm used to, is one of the best I've used. It's responsive and even pleasurable to type on. The backlights are also really illuminating and can be easily customized with different zones and colors.

The laptop shipped completely wrapped in plastic and protected with foam, as well as with drivers CDs and a carrying bag. If I had thought of it, I wish I had asked to not receive the carrying bag and maybe receive additional credit back, but it is not important.

After unwrapping (which was really exciting), the laptop was in pristine condition and there were no dead pixels.

I would definitely recommend both LPC and XoticPC, though I believe I made a good choice going with XoticPC both for price and customer service.

Although I had issues over a shipping-billing rule that XoticPC has, it is there for buyers' protection and was quickly resolved with just a call to my card issuer.

After that, the laptop shipped within about 4 days total of configuring and order approval. Shipping time was about 4-5 days (although it felt like much longer because I was impatient). I also had special instructions for it to be left at a UPS center so I could pick it up at my convenience instead of leaving it out where it could be damaged or stolen. XoticPc agreed and followed my instructions and I am very grateful.

Overall XoticPC was very friendly and understanding when I had shipping issues. When they were finally resolved, the laptop was completed and shipped very quickly but there were no sacrifices in quality or service.

XoticPC definitely deserves its high recommendations and ratings and if you are in the market for a new laptop (not necessarily a Sager, though I am now a proud owner), I would suggest looking toward XoticPc.
