Hi congratulations with your machinery.

Any particular reason for the glossy screen pick instead of the matte one?

Also what are you going to use the machine for? If it's gaming, then 16GB is purely overkill and you will never get above 6 (nor 8GB) of RAM usage.

Last, might want to invest in a SSD at some point, you'll notice a insane difference

 

The reason for me choosing the glossy over the matte one is because I am mainly using it as a desktop replacement and its going to be located in my room. My room (apartment) doesn't have any installed lights so I have to use a lamp. The lamp is located next to my desk so lighting and glare wouldn't be an issue. I also prefer glossy over matte because of its sleek design as well as saving 30USD.

The 16gb is obviously overkill but, it's during the Sager Summer Sale, and it was included in it for free, so might as well take the freebie.

I am going to add my own 128gb SSD Crucial M4 from newegg once the Laptop Arrives, but I am buying it separately because it's cheaper.
