Originally I placed a preorder with Xotic but changed my mind and went with Mythlogic for a few reasons. I'm originally from Michigan and want to support a business there, Mythlogic seems to have one of the best, if not best, build qualities, and they have a lot more options.
That being said, Xotic was very pleasant to deal with from the start. I sent the cancellation email over the weekend and received a call from Roland today asking why I wanted to cancel and if there was anything they could do better. He was very courteous and professional and really made me feel that they value their customers.
Even though I cancelled with them I will seriously consider buying from them the next time my girlfriend or I need a new laptop. Their service was great and I'd highly recommend them.

I had a similar experience. Placed an order toward the beginning of this month, then changed my mind and decided to wait. Nothing but polite and courteous, and they definitely earned my business back when I finally decided to place the order yesterday.
