    Hello everyone

im not used to complain or make alot of drama, but i think many ppl need to learn from my experience with this company.

1st of all Gaming laptop nowadays cost alot of fortune and every thing is coming very fast graphic cards /displays / rams etc...

So that might cost you about 4000 usd if u want a decent gaming laptop, deep into my problem i bought my dream gaming laptop from them and let me say they delivery it very fast good quality build love it to death.

but after almost 2 years i decided to upgrade.

so i emailed them asking for upgrade and they told there is no upgrade options!!!
at least give me a reason and cause!!

anyway i was very shocked from answer to be honest, do i need to pay a fortune every time!!

many companies afford a 2 years guarantee to upgrade like MSI

soi wish if i went with msi (not big fan) but at least u can upgrade

any way that's my short story with them if u want to have a long life laptop don't buy from them.

From your signature, it looks like your laptop already has the best components it supports. What do you want to upgrade? Are you looking to buy a new laptop ? If so you have to sell your old one yourself. None of the Clevo resellers offer any upgrade programs as far as I know. This has nothing to do with XMG (Schenker Technologies).

As for the email reply, it looks like typical German attitude. Some people don't like it.
