I am not a spammer nor am I a professional advertiser. I am actually just a housewife who loves to play video games.

I have been buying Clevo laptops for years now and I've never ever been disappointed. My laptops have always been top quality and exactly what I asked for. They've always been a much better price than I can get anywhere. For my latest purchase, I decided to buy from powernotebools.com, and Donald Stratton, the customer service guy, is always helpful, friendly, and does whatever it takes to make sure my relationship with my laptop remains positive and happy. (Unlike when I bought an Alienware and wanted to do an Office Space - type printer party on it from the frustrations of dealing with it and their customer service)

If you want a good experience in this world of dying customer service and satisfaction, give Donald a call and deal with him. You won't regret it.

Very much so. Going from a 1920x1200 display to a 1920x1080 has taken a little getting used to, but other than that, this machine is great. My husband is going to put an SSD in for me soon!

All in all, it's very fast, very quiet, lighter than my old M570RU, and SWTOR looks beautiful and plays smooth as silk. I couldn't be happier.
