This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I was stunned by the following aspects of the customer service I have received from the sales department of Powernotebooks.com:

    • Prompt responses
    • Willingness to help and meet the customer's needs
    • Excellent knowledge about the product (Sager NP8180)

    I do hope the standard of the product can match the standard of the service..

    I have been scouring through hundreds of these posts myself to decide on a new machine for myself.

    Today I sent over a quote request in the wee hours of the morning and was pleasantly surprised at the immediate response from Powernotebooks representative Donald Stratton. So I found it appropriate to place my first post here. :)
