    Hi. So after my trusty G73Jh (bought early 2010) started to show signs of ageing, I was on the hunt for a new laptop.

    I wanted to try a P870DM2/DM3 “Prema” supported laptop and HIDEvolution was the first choice for me. This is not only because of the exceptional reviews they have on this forum, but also because I have seen @Donald@HIDevolution taking personal interest in people’s order and making sure they are satisfied.

    I contacted him for pre-purchase inquiry and as expected he was exceptional in replying to all my questions, and I had a few of those because I am located in Canada and I wanted to get G-sync laptop.

    I wont bore you guys with full details of my order, but would like to mention that I found HIDevolution to be very helpful and friendly even when there were some complications. And this is where a company is really tested. If everything goes smoothly then most companies will do ok. Its only when something doesn't go as planed, the true character of a company is revealed. And HID were exceptional in that.

    For example after I upgraded my laptop to the "Grid" heat sink they charged me a very nominal amount because they got incomplete/wrong info from Clevo. After having complete info they had to increase the price for the upgrade, but they did not increase it for me because I had already placed the order. This is just one example of their professional and customer friendly approach.

    All in all I am very happy that I chose them and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

    Again stuff like that is why HID continues to be so recommendable. Sure they lost some money with that upgrade, but they also remain in the number 1 recommended spot. Haha I know I've given them purchases from a bunch of different users at this point as well as myself and friends irl, all because they continue to not drop the ball. So I think that makes those minor losses worth it because it inclines me to steer people to them.

    Just another example of their excellent customer service! It's these small things that matter, great customer service, going above and beyond customers' expectation, and offering quality products with the highest configurations available such as the fastest RAM and best SSD options and factory delidded CPUs for those with desktop class CPUs!
