Glad to find a company who really values their customer and knows how to do business the right way. I ordered my first x8 (P377SMA) and it came xmas eve with only 4 days of shipping. Played with the unit a bit, sold it to a friend and ordered another X8 for myself. This time, I had specific instructions for them before they ship my unit, namely, place the "Eurocom" branding on the back of the LCD lid, connect the RGB keyboard connector (my first x8 wasn't connected so I had to pry it open after unboxing and third is to put sticker brandings in the palmrest i7, NVIDIA etc to which Eurocom had no problem of doing so. X8 extreme holds a value for me, as their line has already been phased out, and this line has all of what i wanted in a unit: Fingerprint reader and a DVD slot, NO flex keyboard and a glossy screen. It's sad because Clevo is slowly taking out the DVD drives away, as the X8 is the last of the 17 inchers in Eurocom who still had it, and I'm glad I had my hands on the x8 before it went extinct.
Now came the customs part. My X8 was held in the depot for attracting custom's attention, and after fast replies from Eurocom's email reps we were able to solve the problem. Long story short, EUROCOM never let me down, when it comes to email queries, Pauline and the shipping dude was so respectful and apologetic for the hassle about the customs part, but although I was pretty pissed of for customs delaying package I was cool with it because the company never failed to answer timely emails which resolved the customs issue. If I had a couple of grand I will certainly do biz with them again, as they had a wide selection of options which could only be found on few resellers. Well XOTIC PC is also great I'll have that carbon fiber wrapping in the near future.
Anyways, EUROCOM know how to deal with their customers, I loved them for it.
