As cross posting is not allowed, I will sum up what I have written elsewhere (read MSI forum titlted: http://forum.notebookreview.com/msi/730549-caution-when-ordering-upgrades-your-laptop-recent-upsetting-experience.html).
I ordered a GT60-2OD from XoticPC with about another 500$ worth of upgrades. The unit arrived blemished: read scuffed where it shouldn't have been scratched.
Asked if it was normal that the webcam was off-centered, and was told it was not normal. Tech support than told me to crack open the bezel and reposition it myself.
I noticed that the bezel's corners were loose; when I opened it I could see that the bezel's retention clips were mangled. I reported back and was ignored. Asked again after about a week and still no reply.
Whomever installed the components on my laptop has marred it not only cosmetically but has compromised the integrity of the front panel bezel and potentially the LCD cover as well.

Any updates? I looked at the other threads pictures, and the issues do add up. I can see why he is upset.

We have been in close contact with OP and have issued a return label to have the laptop repaired or replaced at our expense. Again we are deeply sorry about this occurrence as it is not typical.

My laptop has been posted and is estimated to arrive on the 18th of September. Turn around time was quoted as 3-5 days. Additional information has been posted in the original post, the link is at the top.

Quoted time was a ball park estimate of 3-5 days which myself and team will do what we can to expedite the process as quick as we can.

The laptop was received on the 17th of September. It was then posted back towards me on the 23rd.
The package is still currently in transit. -

Correct, we replaced the laptop and shipped back within the 3-5 business days as promised! We are currently trying to track package but after it is released from customs, our ability to track is limited but we are working with carrier daily and hopefully laptop will be delivered soon. Please keep us updated if you receive the package.

Glad there was a happy ending. Hopefully they tighten their QA. BTW, I wish the world would standarize on date format. At first I thought you meant Nov. 10th... I do agree that small to big makes more sense, so it should be day, month, year. The US is backwards on dates and measurments.
