    I have had a great customer service with LPC Digital. I contacted @Larry@LPC-Digital for something regarding my Clevo P870DM-G laptop and even though I am not their customer, he was very friendly and helpful and best of all responses came almost instantly as if it was a live chat.

    He went way out of his way to help me with my concern even though I am not their customer. He helped me with different concerns/requests I had multiple times so this makes me want to recommend them always as one of the top resellers. If I wasn't their customer and they were so helpful, imagine if I was. This level of service comes as a pleasant surprise where customer service is very rare these days.

    Thank you so much Larry and I will definitely be looking to buying future laptops from you in the future once the GTX 1080 laptops arrive if you had them early :)

    Haven't heard anything negative about LPC.

    If you dont mind me asking, what was the query about? Since i think LPC mainly deals in Sager systems, helping you out with a non Sager machines is damn impressive.

    Let's just say it was a highly technical issue / query. I prefer not to disclose the full details but their level of knowledge and support came as a surprise as I certainly didn't expect them to have that much knowledge about my system inside out and provide me with a solution.

    you might ask, why didn't I reach out to my reseller for help? It was the weekend so they were off so I tried my luck with LPC Digital and they were there to save the day!

    Since we also deal with these models un-branded, no logo, they can be just the regular Clevo look too of course... :)
