Long story short:
Anyone know if Sager is currently processing RMAs for diagnostics / repair or what the deal is at XoticPC right now?
- P650RS discrete GPU started crashing, suspected failing. Email exchange with XoticPC support; ended up creating RMA to Sager late April.
- Sent in laptop to Sager via UPS Ground, tracking claims arrived first week of May.
- Radio silence from XoticPC since then despite a couple of attempts to follow up since then.
If it makes a difference, laptop in question is out of warranty.

This got unwedged earlier this morning; feels like Sager has had a pretty large backlog.
