This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Second Eurocom Purchase

    A few months back, I bought a Clevo P650SE from Eurocom. While communication during the building process was poor, the laptop was received in excellent condition with a personal request fulfilled.

    Wanting a second Clevo, I once again went with Eurocom for a W230SS and am very glad with the purchase.

    Mark was once again very accommodating as the sales rep and gave me what I thought was a good deal for a light and portable gaming notebook.

    At the time of ordering, they upgraded me to the QHD+ panel since the FHD panels were OOS. After spending a few weeks with it and not fully enjoying the scaling and screen colours, I shot them an email asking if it was possible to have them send me a FHD panel so I could exchange the two. They were once again very accommodating.

    Loving the customer service that I've received!
