I ordered my Sager 7358-S on January 2 and it was delivered today.
Much to my dismay it arrived without an OS installed even though I had ordered Windows 8.1. I tried calling support but got a recording. I then tried Chat. I was told to email service which I did.
I have not heard back from anyone at this point. I have a very expensive paperweight sitting on my desk and I doubt this will get resolved before next week. Not very happy with the situation at this point and about ready to just call it it good and return it. Didn't think it would be such a hassle to buy a custom built laptop.

We are currently working with Sager on a resolution to this, multiple people in our organization are trying to figure out what happened and we will be in contact ASAP once we have resolution
