I recently ordered a Tornado F5 and I have to give Eurocom some credit here.
First off, they were very prompt and professional in all the price inquiries and technical questions I had. They would respond within a couple hours at the most, usually within minutes. Out of all the resellers I was in touch with Eurocom had the fastest response time by far.
Ordering the unit was smooth. All parts I asked for were installed correctly. When ordering I requested they install the ram in the upper slots as its hard to get to. They did this without an issue.
I ordered the unit on Wednesday night, it shipped Friday morning. I actually emailed them to double check that this was correct as I was in disbelief. It arrived Monday. Can't complain about one day build time!
I had an issue with my speakers not working; sound would only come out of the subwoofer. After several hours or troubleshooting I called Eurocom for technical support. Kevin, one of their technicians, picked up immediately and walked me through some troubleshooting. Within about a minute he had concluded there was a hardware issue with the speakers and kindly asked me to take the bottom panel off and take a look. Sure enough the plug was loose. The whole process took about ten minutes from start to finish.
The unit itself is beautiful of course. But as far as customer service goes this is THE best I've ever had. I will be a repeat customer if they keep up the good work. Thank you Eurocom!
