Almost a year ago i purchased my laptop from mythlogic. The choice wasnt easy, considering all of the great resellers post here. But now that I've had the beast for around a year, I can truly say the few extra dollars was worth it!!!! Over the past year I have managed to contact their customer support for multiple reasons. Sometimes just for a quick question about the new case, or if I needed to know something about the warranty. Every time they were polite, quick to respond, even had manners to say sorry for the wait even though 5 minutes isnt nothing, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the computer, and 100% professional. But what really made me feel required to write a review about the customer service was what happened today, nothing bad!!! I had recently asked about "overclocking lcd" and the guy said that the screen shouldn't refresh above 60 hz. This sounded correct, but then i received an email today!!! The person from customer support had taken the initiative to ask the R&D guy to see if it could truly work; and they found out they it could indeed go above 60hz. This kind of "god like customer support" has never happened to me before, definitely not your average customer/tech support.

Thanks for the kind words :) Please note the other part we mentioned though, doing so WILL void your warranty because it can potentially damage the screen.

I think he means he didn't do it because it would void the warranty he paid extra for.

    Hehe,

When things slow down we'll see about that blog :p However, seeing us build stuff would probably be HIGHLY entertaining, to everyone else, and would probably get removed from youtube lol.
