Almost a year ago i purchased my laptop from mythlogic. The choice wasnt easy, considering all of the great resellers post here. But now that I've had the beast for around a year, I can truly say the few extra dollars was worth it!!!! Over the past year I have managed to contact their customer support for multiple reasons. Sometimes just for a quick question about the new case, or if I needed to know something about the warranty. Every time they were polite, quick to respond, even had manners to say sorry for the wait even though 5 minutes isnt nothing, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the computer, and 100% professional. But what really made me feel required to write a review about the customer service was what happened today, nothing bad!!! I had recently asked about "overclocking lcd" and the guy said that the screen shouldn't refresh above 60 hz. This sounded correct, but then i received an email today!!! The person from customer support had taken the initiative to ask the R&D guy to see if it could truly work; and they found out they it could indeed go above 60hz. This kind of "god like customer support" has never happened to me before, definitely not your average customer/tech support.

Yeah, their "R&D" guy(s) are pretty awesome.. They seem to be always doing something to push the limits of their machines. Sometimes I wish they had a blog they updated with their shannanigans
There's a thread on here about LCD "overclocking" too btw.

^^^ mythlogic blog +1. It would be cool to read/see the inner workings of the company.

When things slow down we'll see about that blog However, seeing us build stuff would probably be HIGHLY entertaining, to everyone else, and would probably get removed from youtube lol.
