A couple weeks ago I bought my brand new sager NP8150 from reflexnotebook. Overall I have to say there was nothing that could've been done better in terms of customer service.
I chose them because I live in Canada. AI recieved a very polite phone call from them confirming the order, all the chosen upgrades, and outlining their policies (eg their warrantly, sagers warranty, etc). My order was over $1500 so I recieved standard shipping free, except for a brokerage fee which they told me over the phone call but it was expected.
I also made the mistake of not noticing the NP8150-S1 laptop so when I emailed asking if it was possible to change my order, I revieved another phone call. They said that the laptops were shipping that day, and if I wanted to change the order it was no problem but obviously it would delay it. The savings were minimal and I wanted it sooner, so I said it was okay .
Shipping was estimated 5-10 days and I recieved it in 5 so was pleased about that too.
All in all a great buying experience and I couldn't be happier with my sager! I'd recommend reflexnotebook to anyone.
