I order a wt230 last friday from reflexnotebooks after speaking with simon on the phone (he was nice and informative). however, i received a message on my answering machine dated wednesday about how my credit card info was not correct (i did not get this message until today because somebody else check the messages and forgot to tell me about it) i tried to call them back but nobody answers.
i've use this credit card to purchase numerous things online and never once did i have any trouble, and i checked the invoice they sent me and all the info was entered correctly. i just want to know why they take 3 business days to tell me theres a problem, which shouldnt even happen in the first place since i bought a ssd for the laptop from ncix.com just fine right after purchasing the laptop.
im going to cancel my order now because i wanted a laptop by next week before dota2 international and im clearly not going to get it now since i cant even get anybody to talk to.

your card provider could of blocked your card as a precaution to prevent fraud. this has happened to me 3 times now with visa.
i buy a new bmw and everything was fine. 45 minutes later i fill up with fuel and card was blocked.
it can take businesses 3 days to receive the info back from banks. -
yet when i buy out of province or even in us this has never happened once.
