So, after tons and tons of research, I have decided to purchase the W230SS. Unfortunately, as I am in Canada, I don't have many options in terms of resellers. I have come to the conclusion that reflexnotebook.ca can give me the best price since they are located in Canada (No Brokerage or duty fees from shipping over the border). I looked up some reviews of them, and there has been a mixed response, with the biggest complaint being communication issues.

I haven't found anything more, but I was wondering if anyone could share bigger issues or other positive experiences with ReflexNotebook.

I would recommend to contact them directly. They have an account on here if you want to message them directly but I don't see them post too often so your best bet would likely to be just call and see how it goes.

Hey I live in Canada too and I plan on getting the w230ss. The only other reseller other than reflex seems to be Eurocom, who offer a 10% discount for students and teachers.

I too would like to see some reviews about reflex and Eurocom too on recent purchases, or better yet the w230ss specifically

The reviews I have seen of the W230SS have been outstanding for the most part. You can also scroll through the official W230SS thread but it is a lot of reading so I would just recommend googling reviews if you want to see for yourself.

I think you misunderstood my thread, I too gave seen many outstanding reviews of the w230ss and am not worried about the machine itself but more the resellers and the purchase process for Canadians

The reviews I am looking for are the reseller reviews and purchasing experience, thanks for the input tho

Thank you so much for your response! Unfortunately, however, I have decided to hold off on buying a new laptop until I am in a stronger financial situation/ need a new one for university. I will definitely consider reflex when I do buy one though!
