I recently dealt with this company in order to get myself a Sager 8153-S with the snazzy new 1070 GPUs.

The only issue I had was with back-orders, and this has nothing to do with ReflexNotebook and everything to do with Clevo/Sager and the sheer volume of orders they received when Nvidia's new mobile GPUs were announced.

I have nothing but respect and admiration for the staff at ReflexNotebook. I dealt with JS Heroux, and he was UNBELIEVABLY patient with me as I asked question after question after question about my order. They ensured that I was content, even while the back-orders from Sager kept pushing my ship date further and further from the purchase date. My package arrived within days after it was created, and I am as happy as I could be.

I would recommend ReflexNotebook WHOLEHEARTEDLY to absolutely anyone looking to snag a custom laptop in Canada, or anywhere else for that matter.

    Service : 10/10
