Hello everyone, I just want to share my (so far) not complete experience with Reflexnotebook. My laptop broke in February 2016 (an ASUS I bought in emergency in February 2015) and since the warranty didn't cover the damage (something broke in the screen and destroyed everything inside when I opened the laptop, the warranty covered only the electronic parts) I decided to wait a few months so I can order a gaming laptop. Since I'm living in Canada right now (I'm French) I decided to go with Reflexnotebook (good reviews overall, they take care of border taxes, etc). But I'm getting worried right now.
June 6th : Order placed (Sager NP9758). I was born on june 25th and I was like : Meh that should do it for early July (I'm leaving on July 27th for 2 weeks)
June 8th : Transaction completed by my bank
June 22th : Got an e-mail from JS saying that the order had been processed and the unit was being built but that my adress got flagged by my credit institution. So I updated everything (billing adress)
June 27th : Received build order confirmation. Should received tracking number in around 4 business days
July 6th : I sent JS an e-mail to have an update on my order. He answered an hour later (props to him) saying that he just spoke with Sager and that the unit was built and should ship shortly.
July 11th : Still nothing
I know there has been some holidays around (June 24th and July 1st in Quebec, July 4th in the US) but I still think it takes longer than it should. Maybe I don't fully understand how this holidays work here in North America or maybe I should take June 22th as the start of my order.
Has anyone been in this situation before ?
I'm getting worried since I don't want it to arrive at my place when I'm in France.

Hoping you are who I think you are. The unit shipped Jul 12 2016.
Please email me directly so I can confirm it is your order and I will resend you the tracking number.
( PS there has been many holidays in the previous month and some backorder delays. Please remember that all dates are estimates as indicated in the emails and on the website and that Business days do not count weekend and Holidays, both Canadian and US.)
