    Hello,

I'd like to share my very positive experience with the Prema Partner Dream Machines. In my country Czech Republic we have only one Eurocom reseller called Goldmax , however Eurocom is by far the most expensive Clevo seller of all. So out of Clevo resellers with a better pricing I was looking for some close within the EU based on the Prema 's partners list https://biosmods.wordpress.com/partner/.

I started the communication with Dream Machines in November 2016, because I wanted some configuration that was apparent to be future, but not current. At that time the P870DM3 was the best P870 with intel 6700K and SLI 1080. I was looking for the new Kaby Lake 7700K processor, which was expected to be introduced in January 2017. Also for some unknown reason to me the european resellers didn't offer the 3K 120Hz display with G-sync while in the USA there were already available from August, the DM3 introduction.

I also wanted some other changes to specs that were not included in the Dream Machines standard offerrings:
    • Czech keyboard (HIDevolution offers them, or local Goldmax offers them implemented with stickers)
    • Delid the CPU or take one from the Silicon Lottery
    • Use other M.2 SSD than already proposed (at that time the Samsung 961 became available on the market, but not included in the Dream Machine's offerings, the EVO and PRO 960 were not released yet, but anticipated soon)
    • 3K 120 Hz G-sync display (as I mentioned not offered by European resellers at that time)
I was replied by Craig Martus the Sales Director of Dream Machines with all the details and information I asked. We exchanged several emails, Mr. Martus was very patient with me and agreed that I'll come back when the Kaby Lakes become available. So then in January I confirmed my purchase order and submitted the down payment for my P870KM1-G notebook. I also ordered the remaining components - the 5.1 GHz binned 7700K from the Silicon Lottery and 2 pieces of Samsung EVO 960 1 TB, because in Czech Republic they were substantially cheaper than in Poland, the home land of Dream Machines.

Dream Machines has about monthly deliveries of notebooks from Clevo factory, other more ordinary models they have available in stock, but mine was individual order and needed to be build by the factory. Regarding the Czech keyboard Clevo factory responded that they'd create it when 200+ pieces would be requested. So we agreed with Dream Machines that they will manage to laser engrave the Czech special characters to the ordinary US keyboard.

Due the holidays in China and lead time for my notebook production it took a while, then it came to the Dream Machines shop in mid April for assembly. When Dream Machines made the tests, the inserted RAM wasn't running well and they had to replace it by another modules. The whole thing was finished and I got my notebook in the last week of April.

In the meantime I also ordered the single Eurocom 780W PSU from the Hidevolution.

I took me few weeks to migrate my stuff to a new notebook and get slightly accommodated to it (it's my first Clevo). I already discovered few issues as I reported here, but it's too early to RMA and I have no other PC than this one now, so I'd love to resolve them without RMA.

Overall I'd like to recommend the Dream Machines reseller, as they are very customer oriented, it is possible to agree with them extra stuff outside of their standard offerings on the e-shop and last but not least they are the Prema partner (one of two) in Europe.
