    Hi,
    I placed an order for a laptop from powernotebooks.com and it is currently in production. I am looking to cancel the order, but I cannot find any information regarding the cancellation policy. Could someone please enlighten me?

    Their website says that they're only available on weekdays, though. I really hope they don't ship it monday morning.

    Couldn't get ahold of tech support either. Hopefully some powernotebooks guys on here can see this.

    Or call us on the number in my sig first thing monday. It's not going to ship today so that's your best bet.

    Not sure, but my funds were received on the 16th so I imagine it's almost done.

    You might have to be paying a 15% restock fee buddy;( why are you cancelling the order?

    Calling the number first thing tomorrow is your best bet for as fast as possible resolution to this.

    I doubt it, since they give full refunds on returns. I'm cancelling because I don't want the 675m.
