Hi guys I would like to share with you my experience with PwnPcs.

I bought from them a W230ST, because they were among the first european sellers to have the laptop in stock on release.

I contacted them and I got a very nice reply from Scott. I received also a small 20£ discount, so I ordered it...

The laptop was built and shipped in a reasonable time. When I received it I noticed some small flaws:

    1. It was sent with its own box, missing protection and also a simple sheet of paper to hide the content of the box.

    2. The laptop arrived with a couple of small and light scratches on the right top part, near the power button.

    3. The color profile I carefully asked for was absent.

On top of this, after light usage the laptop started to show a problem universally recognized by Clevo and Sager, the rattling fan...

It was a little too much for me so I wrote to Scott who acknowledged the problems. I told him that I would ask for refund or alternatively for a spare palmrest and a working fan. He agreed on sending me the spare parts and told me that I would have to wait for him to have this parts in stock.

The thing is, after more than one year, I'm still waiting for that parts. I sent him a lot of email, sometime waiting more than one month and he always acknowledged the problem, apologized with some excuses and told me that I would receive the parts.

Their last email is from Andy who told me that they ordered this parts from the supplier but they didn't receive them yet. The date is May 7, 2014. Until now I received no reply to the email I sent later asking for updates...

This is the story. My feedback positive on start turned very bad. I would like to know what happened and of course receive the spare parts. Until then I will not recommend them to anyone and I warn every user to rely on established company for Clevo laptops.

Yeah I was thinking the same. What a shame.
