I ordered a new laptop for me. Im a computer illitirate andtried my best to research and think about a grand purchase. Even though the new gt70 are coming soon, i believe its not really worth it since the gpu options are practially the same.
Bought a gt783-625us with all the freebies 580gtm. Samsung 128 ssd, 500gb hd, bigfoot 1103, i7-2670. IC diamond paste. Anyway I generally very satisfied and im new to buying laptops or computers in general. My sales advisor was Abe he seemed to be well knowledgeable and very patient while listening to my rambling on phone lol. Emails communication was a good point too fast and good responses, sometimes it a bit longer to get a response but that is completely fine. I was considering gentechPC too but they ran out of the 783, however they seem great too!

Again i spoke to Abe, great person, didnt talk to donald though he seems to be popular haha.

I never spoke with Abe, but if he's anything like Donald then I'm not surprised he took good care of you. It's the type of company that I will most definitely recommend to my friends and family, just based upon my purchase and interaction with Donald.

Well here is the update. I am very satisfied with my laptop, it came in time and everything is perfect on it except two problems that bug me but not seriously annoy me. One problem is that there were some scratches on the laptop above the keyboard area, they look like they came from tools, they are deep and cannot be removed. The second problem was that the screen is a bit loose from the case around the webcam area, like imagine two long identical pieces of lego, after you stack them on top of each other you would think it would fit, but for some reason around the middle there is a slight gap, with a little pressure u can push them together but they wont stay like that. Its a bit worrying but i hope it wont be a problem.
They are Minor annoyances that doesnt affect the performance of the laptop but still for for a perfectionist that might have been a huge deal. I guess i can shrug it off somehow. Apart from that everything runs great hate bloatware tho lol. 8.5/10

Oh nevermind with the first problem, it was actually another protective sheet on top of it! funny. two protective sheets on top of each other, the last is really hard to notice haha.
