As some of you are aware, I created a thread that ended a little prematurely due to all of the trolling so I just wanted to update everyone with what had become of my purchase: http://forum.notebookreview.com/reseller-feedback-forum/666192-xoticpc-still-turnaround-time.html

After I cancelled with XoticPC I placed an order with Malibal for a Clevo W110ER (Lotus) and as promised, it took 1 day to process and 3 days exact from that processing date for it to ship out. My laptop is in UPS hands and should be in mine by Monday.

Thank you Malibal for delivering such timely service and awesome satisfaction. Not to mention the $50 discount!!

Many more orders in the future with you (from me and my friends)!!

Everyone seems to have a positive experience with Malibal. They appear too know how to treat their customers with what they need to have a positive buying experience. Despite the fact that I live in Canada I will most likely order my Satori P170EM from Malibal for their great customer service and positive customer ratings.

Same here I cancel my order with XoticPC, was going to buy from Malibal, but didnt offer me discount for 2 laptops. Malibal was very helpful, no doubt I will consider them on my next laptop. lpc-digital was the winner for me. Can not turn down max discount from them. wow I didnt know XoticPC was getting issue on orders, maybe due to high demand.

I think if they have the best prices with all their discounts.
And their replacement policy is one of the best

Once they throw in free shipping (like every other reseller) then they'll be in an even better position!

I'm seriously considering buying from Malibal, but does anybody know a way to reduce shipping costs? The lowest option I have like over 200$! (I live in Canada) It almost makes ordering from Malibal not worth it :(
