    Ordered online from System76 on 9/8
    Assembled on 9/11
    Shipped on 9/13

    During this time Customer Support was QUICK to respond via Chat, sent Email updates on progress, and even called with a progress update.

    Opted for 16.04.3 LTS Ubuntu, however Customer support confirmed steps needed to use System76 optimized driver/app package in ElementaryOS with a note that a lead ElementaryOS Dev works for System 76!
